The Ø 32 cm pan from the Ravenna line is made up of a Keravis Diamond non-stick internal coating and an external coating enriched with copper particles. Its base is suitable for cooking on induction, gas, electric hob, glass ceramic.

Ravenna is a Ballarini line made up of utensils of various sizes and for different types of cooking. The peculiarity of Ravenna is contained in its coating: an extremely resistant internal non-stick coating composed of 3 layers and enriched with 18 ct natural diamond particles and an external coating enriched with copper particles.

The pans of the Ravenna line are equipped with the special Thermopoint device which indicates the ideal temperature for cooking while saving energy:
- RED: hot, ready to cook,
- GREEN: Cold, safe to touch and wash.

The bimetallic base made of aluminum and steel designed for induction hobs is also suitable for cooking on gas/electric/glass ceramic hobs. Ravenna pans are also conveniently dishwasher safe.
